    We may share photos of students we have taught on this website and on social media and we may tag you and share information about the photos alongside the images.

We currently don't use google analytics to gain information about our site, though we may choose to do so in the future. 

 

A Personal Commitment: 
Though we rely on good quality images to enhance our school, we am committed to respecting the privacy of students and will never share images or information unless we have had verbel conformations from the student or their parent/guardian.

 

Storing Your Data

In all areas, we will store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for us to fulfil our services to you, or until you withdraw your consent from us. We will never store your data for longer than 7 years. We are currently in the process of finding out ways in which we can store your data more securely, so do come back to this site for any updates.

In all areas of our teaching, we endeavour to be clear with you and to communicate well with you regarding the services we provide and any queries you may have.

Via Email: In most circumstances, you will be contacted by email; either directly or through the relevant site related to your purchase. We will contact you via email with newsletters, promotions, and updates to the site and blog. We will also contact you via email to follow up on any communication initiated by you. To receive our newsletter you must sign up via the link on my website. All contacts who have made an enquiry via email will be sent a link to sign up to the newsletter. This is optional. All visitors who sign up to our newsletter can opt out at any time.

By Phone/ Mobile: We will contract you via phone/mobile if a last minute change in your booking has happened, or if emails have not been replied to within 48 hours. 

 

My Third Parties

We work with third parties to enhance and improve our business and to market the school. These third parties may collect and/or require personal or non-personal data. We have outlined an example of some of the third parties we work with and how we may share your data with them.

 

  1. This site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to advertise our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

  2. We use Facebook to communicate with followers and to advertise our services. We may share on Facebook images by students and their reviews we have received. We will never share your personal contact information on Facebook but may share some information about the images in question.

 

We are currently reviewing all the third parties we use. We want to make sure we work with the best sites and suppliers that enhance our business and improve your experience of our school. Keep checking back to this page to stay up to date with any changes we have made.
